I know Arrow isn’t allowed to use Harley if they bring back the Suicide Squad for season three and even her cameo in 2x16 was pushing it for them, but I am in serious need of more of the Suicide Squad in Arrow, or possibly even the Suicide Squad spinoff that’s been rumoured for a little while now.
